Near ISU
All of our properties near Indiana State University are part of the historic district of Farrington’s Grove in Terre Haute. Just minutes from campus, we offer everything from studio apartments for single students to mansions for large groups. Units are just minutes from campus and offer many conveniences including on-site laundry, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and several have off-street parking.
Near Rose Hulman
Our apartments, which are the closest off-campus housing near Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, are located at 6710 Wabash Avenue and are comprised of efficiency, studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. There are laundry facilities on the premises, as well as ample parking and recreational space.
Near IU
Our properties near the campus of Indiana University are just steps away from classes, activities, and eateries! From two to five bedrooms, our apartments offer all the conveniences of home as well as beautiful yards, laundry facilities, and large communal areas. Location, location, location!
