The majority of our properties are located in the historical district of Farrington’s Grove in Terre Haute, and maintain their character and charm while offering modern conveniences. As proud members of the local community, we understand the needs of today’s students and strive to provide comfortable, convenient, and affordable housing near the campuses of Indiana State University, Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, and Indiana University in Bloomington.
